☊ ∠ ⚵North Node Semi-square Juno
Your growth keeps snagging on your promises, and not in some dramatic way, just enough friction to make you irritable about both.

What This Aspect Means
This is a low-grade argument between where you're going and what you've sworn to. The North Node doesn't care about fairness or fidelity, it cares about the next unlived version of you. Juno doesn't care about becoming, it cares about the vow you already made and whether you're keeping it. A semi-square between them means these two never fully collide, but they never leave each other alone either. You feel it as chronic minor friction: a nagging sense that the relationship you're committed to is somehow slightly out of step with the direction you're supposed to grow, or that growing in the direction you're supposed to grow keeps costing you small credibility with the person you've bound yourself to.
It rarely shows up as a single dramatic betrayal. It shows up as a hundred small snags. You accept an opportunity and your partner's face does something you can't quite read. You keep a promise out of principle and privately resent the timing. The friction is productive if you let it be, because it forces you to keep choosing, in small deliberate increments, rather than assuming your path and your commitments will simply align on their own.
What life keeps asking of you is precision, not grand gestures. Small course corrections. A willingness to say, out loud, that the vow and the calling are both real and sometimes inconvenient to each other, instead of pretending one will quietly yield to the other.
How It Plays Out in Relationships
With partners this often looks like a low hum of scheduling conflict that's never really about scheduling. You want to take the class, the job, the trip that scares you, and your partner wants the version of you that shows up reliably for shared life. Neither of you is wrong. The trouble is you tend to treat this as a referendum on the relationship instead of what it actually is, which is two legitimate needs that require small negotiations, repeatedly, forever.
With friends and family the pattern is subtler: you may feel a flicker of guilt whenever your own becoming pulls you away from people you've promised loyalty to, even when nobody has actually asked you to stay. You over-function to compensate, or you get prickly when someone implies you owe them your stillness. Neither response fixes the actual tension, which just wants to be named and managed in small doses.
Spun Gold
Once you stop treating every friction between your path and your promises as evidence something's broken, you get very good at keeping vows that flex. You can build a partnership that grows with you instead of one that requires you to stay fixed, because you've had so much practice negotiating the small snags. Most people either abandon commitments or abandon themselves. You know how to do neither.
Advice for the Road
Stop waiting for the tension to resolve itself. It won't, and it isn't supposed to. When you feel the pull toward your own becoming rub against a promise you've made, say so plainly, to the person and to yourself, and negotiate the specific inconvenience rather than the whole relationship. Small, frequent, honest adjustments beat one big renegotiation every time.
