Notice the sentence you reach for first. Not the third thought, the first one, the one that arrives fully formed before you've actually considered the question. That's your default script talking, not your mind working. Practice a small delay. Say 'let me think about that' even when you already have an answer loaded, and actually think about it. Pay attention to which arguments you keep having with different people using nearly identical words. That repetition is the tell. It means you're not in a conversation anymore, you're running a recording.
