Libra Sun, Libra Moon, Virgo Rising
You can spend twenty minutes deciding where to sit at a table nobody else has noticed has multiple options. It looks like patience. It's actually math.
What Makes You Tick
Your whole operation runs on the question of what's fair, what's beautiful, and how to get both without anyone getting hurt in the process. Most people have some private self that wants things their public self would never admit to. You don't get that luxury. What you want and what you feel are the same request, filed twice: let this be balanced, let this be pleasing, let no one leave the room unhappy with you.
This is quieter and more exhausting than it sounds. There's no inner rebel keeping score against your good manners. The desire for harmony isn't a mask over some rawer appetite. It's the appetite. You are, in a real sense, trying to compose your life the way a good painting is composed, where nothing is too heavy on one side and every element earns its place. The cost is that decisions feel less like choices and more like small deaths, because choosing one thing genuinely does mean losing another, and you feel that loss more than most people admit to feeling anything.
The You Everyone Meets
People meet someone careful. Precise, even, before they meet anyone charming. The instinct to weigh every option gets filtered through a presentation that looks like competence, not indecision, you catch the flaw in the plan before anyone else does, you notice the typo, the bad seam, the thing that will embarrass someone later. It reads as having your act together.
What they don't see right away is that the noticing and the choosing are two different skills, and you've mostly perfected the first. You can spot the problem with total clarity and still stall for a week on what to do about it. The exacting surface makes people trust your judgment fast. Fair warning: you'll spend a lot of energy living up to a reputation for decisiveness you never actually claimed.
Your Blind Spots
Because nothing in you is pulling against the pursuit of harmony, you can lose track of what you actually want underneath what would be fair or kind to want. Ask you what you'd like and you'll often answer with what would work for everyone else first. This isn't selflessness so much as a genuine difficulty locating a self that isn't already in negotiation.
The Virgo surface adds a wrinkle: you can be quietly critical of other people's indecision while sitting on your own unmade decisions for months. And your Libra habit of softening the truth to spare someone's feelings reads, to people who've clocked you as precise, as a small betrayal when they find out. They expected exactness. They got tact instead.
What You Need (Even If You'd Never Admit It)
You need someone or something external that forces the choice, a deadline, a friend who just picks for you, a limited-time offer, anything that removes the option of weighing forever. Left alone with infinite time, you'll take it. You also need real solitude, not to decide, but to feel your own preferences without anyone else's comfort in the room, since your emotional life won't hand you contrast on its own.
Practically: checklists help. Small, low-stakes decisions made quickly, on purpose, as practice, so you're not burning your one daily allotment of decisiveness on what to order for lunch.
Advice for the Road
Pick your criterion before you look at the options, not after, or you'll rationalize whatever choice feels least like abandoning someone. Practice being selfish on purpose in small, reversible ways until it stops feeling illegal. And let a few things stay imperfect. Not everything needs your review, and not every closed door is a tragedy, some of them just close.
