Pick the fight that's actually worth having and let the rest go uncorrected, even when you can see exactly what's wrong with it. Give your hands or your body something to do every day so your mind has somewhere else to put the urgency. And when you catch yourself mid-critique, of a project or of yourself, ask whether you're improving something or just attacking it quickly because waiting felt unbearable.
