You need people who can go deep with you verbally without needing you to have already arrived at the conclusion. Long conversations that range everywhere and land somewhere. You need permission, occasionally, to leave a question open. Not every pursuit has to end in a verdict. Some searches are allowed to just keep going.

Advice for the Road

Pick fewer things and finish more of them. Let the Sagittarius in you choose the direction and the Virgo in you handle the execution, instead of arguing with each other the whole way. When you feel the urge to bail right as something gets specific, that's usually the signal to stay, not go. And write your actual conclusions down somewhere, because you talk through so many ideas out loud that you'll forget which ones you already solved.
