The same scrutiny you apply to ideas, you apply to yourself, relentlessly, and it rarely reaches a verdict of good enough. You'll polish a plan for months past its useful life rather than release it imperfect, which means the vision that was supposed to help people sits in your drafts folder collecting more revisions nobody asked for. You need someone, occasionally, to take the draft out of your hands and say ship it, this is enough. You won't ask for that. Arrange for it anyway.
