Let the first move be bad sometimes. Decide, act, and save the audit for afterward instead of running it simultaneously, it will cost you less and finish faster. When you catch yourself gathering opinions on a choice you've already made, stop performing the consultation and just say what you want. People will respect it more than the theater, and you'll stop mistaking your own impatience for someone else's indecision.
